Not So Great
Associates (Former Employee) –  PuneFebruary 9, 2019
Not so great experience. Passed out from South Maharashtra College and joined the company. Was selected considering good communication and excellent in data analytics but was shocked to see the difference in the salary. My salary was very less as compared to other colleague who passed out in the same year. He got the advantage of the college and university name. They had defined 2 colleges i.e. A,B, and C. As per them, I was a product of C college and the other guy was a product of B. It seems there is no value of your knowledge.
Anyways, my other company gave me a good brake and ZS was good for stepping stone.
Pros
Good for freshers
Cons
No career if have capability to grow

Well depends upon your caliber to sustain the huge pressure. No work life balance and additional is the politics played by HR. Most the head count is suffering from some other disease including alcoholism.
Pros
Free alcohol during parties

Hr, L&d, staffing and their politics

Delivery people are smart
Manager (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraDecember 16, 2018
Good to work as a fresher. Good minded people especially, delivery. They are brilliant but support is like HR, L&D and staffing are liability. L&D manager is in the system from last 6 years and desperately looking for becoming Director and hence, at his best in buttering his boss and management.
Pros
Facilities
Cons
L&d, staffing and HR

Management is wonderful and opportunities are vast. However, work life balance is poor
Business Operations Associate (Current Employee) –  Pune, MAHARASHTRA, INDecember 13, 2018
I learnt more of problem slowing skill and forming strategies looking at the data. My communication got fluent and I use to deal with direct client with my strategies and suggestions to push up their revenue.
We get frequent team outings and work culture is something that is friendly and helpful, in short it is amazing but work sometime get monotonous and getting out a particular project and try your hands to something else is very difficult.
Pros
Free transport, good 3 meals and gym
Cons
Long working hours, monotonous work

Management (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraNovember 25, 2018
Highly political oriented organisation, especially the HR department. Unfortunately, dept like IT are big time ignored due to lack of strong leadership or working sincerely or lacking buttering skills like L&D and staffing sycophants. L&D lead is desperate to get promoted.
Pros
Free snacks
Cons
L&d-rs), Staffing-PM, Hr-hp, Sb

Young and dynamic but way too overzealous
Senior Software Product Management Analyst (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraOctober 18, 2018
The company wants to do a lot but is sometimes unwilling to learn from the market talent. It needs to hire right and also learn right to continue to lead in this ultra-competitive market.

While there is autonomy given in working, at times folks take too many liberties or are questioned too much by the management. Management also favors in-house talent to market talent, while aggressively trying to hire from outside.
Pros
Free food, free transportation, lots of infrastructure
Cons
Work life balance, favoritsm

Devote more than 14 hrs a.day and almost 7 days a week. If not able to do so for family then you are no performer and will be laid off.
On one side they provide free snacks and on the other side HR make fun of you if utilizes. For e.g., transportation is a part of your offer letter but this service is offered as if it is been free.
Snacks, transportation, etc are shown as a part of your CTC but HR will ensure that you before for the same
Pros

A great company to work for at the expense of work-life balance
Business Operations Consultant (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraOctober 7, 2018
ZS Associates is a great employee friendly company to work with. It has set principles and has identified its strengths that it keeps working in. However, that leads to stagnancy in expertise.

ZS does provide a good salary as compared to its competitors. However, this is provided at the expense of a bad work life balance.
Pros
Employee benefits, Compensation
Cons
Work life balance

For freshers same job but different payout based on your college
Consultant (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraOctober 3, 2018
For freshers they are paid based on your college irrespective doing the same job done by A and C grade college pass out. No value for your calibre but respected if buttering. Delivery management are at the best where as support are the worst in the industry. Old timers from support are confident that they have a big share in the company growth and profitability as well as without their presence company will not sustain.

Consultant (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraOctober 3, 2018
Free food, transportation and free things are not a part of life. They had very well trapped the Indian mentality i.e. giving free things and taking most of your life. Even if you try to take advantage of free related items provided then L&D and staffing are present to make fun out of you. L&D and staffing are a department of gossip supported by HR

AC (Former Employee) –  Gurgaon, HaryanaSeptember 30, 2018
Dominant and arrogant HR, L&D and staffing. Staffing wants to know each and every thing of employees and accordingly manipulate the behaviour with them. This is especially who raise concerns on the issues which are not addressed. Forced to work on projects which are of no interest.
Pros
Sweet talk with free bread and butter
Cons
You will not see rising sun due to work life balance
