Great and energetic workplace
Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraMarch 3, 2018
Duties involved reporting to office, work of sales leads provided via cold calling and walk ins.

Report to an area sales manager and be responsible for a particular area and its sales.

Key Account Manager (Online Business) (Former Employee) –  BengaluruAugust 2, 2017
Not a good place for sales guys.
Pay does not match the kind of pressure & work that needs to be handled.
People are good but management is not.
Not many old employees to gain knowledge from.
Pros
Lively atmosphere

Never feels like a workplace
Key Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Mumbai, MaharashtraJuly 11, 2017
Work environment is the best thing in the company. There is enough opportunity for great people to shine despite the massive growth the company has experienced in the last year and a half. Its a challenging startup, always on the move, several opportunities at hand, extremely work oriented, sales being target oriented bonuses equate to the same. If you slow down, you fall back. And the pace is so frenetic, making up lost ground isn't easy. Fall back too far, and you're probably cut out for something else. The work can be insanely hard at times, but there are few things better than that feeling of seeing it all pay off.

The workplace was always fun because of the young energy in the office and the sales was never difficult because of the brand name in the market. The management was also highly professional

Kickass place to work at!
Key Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Mumbai, MaharashtraFebruary 26, 2017
Its a really cool place to work at except the growth is a little uncertain. Depends on which vertical, which city you take up. Be clear of wanting to do sales if you join that department.

Management is too bosy like they own this company and the life of Employees. Logistics process sucks in Zomato. ODM and CD are cool enough to make good work experiences.

Good Worl place
Zomato's marketing (Current Employee) –  Bangalore, KAJune 22, 2015
The job is very challenging. Requires you to give more than 100%. The people and environment is really good.An year or 2 in Zomato will change your outlook, not only towards work, but also how you look at life. It's a place wherein doing is greater than learning. There are no bosses, a complete flat structure and people with probably the most down to earth attitude and minimalistic egos.
Pros
Free Lunches
Cons
Growth
