- Above industry-standards compensation. - Good exposure if you keep trying and be communicative. VMock is a place where opportunities need to be demanded and grabbed. Once you do, you are rewarded. Don't expect that they will come your way without doing anything. Fancy titles, client/prospect direct line of communication, international trips are all on the table for those who have the initiative. - Global Business: The platform is in use across the globe and if you look closely, the customisation for each client is reflection of their cultures. - Founders are pretty accomplished in their respective fields and can be great mentors (again, need to be communicative) - Cool trips and parties. Most folks are gems outside of the workplace !
- Holidays and Leave Policy could be more employee friendly. - Overall Work-life balance could be an issue if you don't stay in or around Gurgaon. In my case 4+ hours of daily travel leads to very little time for family/personal fulfilment. - People with experience are limited. Besides the founders and a few other senior members, most of the employees are undergrad/MBA freshers. - Little flexibility with respect to work hours. Somehow the culture of overstaying in office seems to be very prevalent in the office. - Instability due to high attrition. As mentioned earlier, VMock isn't a place for everyone. Not everyone has the ability to sustain and prosper at this place, as a result teams continuously have to adjust and readjust to new people filling in for those who leave
