What would you suggest Veritas Technologies management do to prevent others from leaving?
Well work on your products to make them better and stable. Don't try to bring versions every quarter better to keep one version for an year and work on it. Do not make version public untill it is tested thoroughly. Change your testing and development team specially old ones as i dont think they are doing good.
Second to much of cost cutting shutting down centres is not a business it's like an survival. Put some analytics to understand are you getting enough on what you have.
Do not keep support engineers for more than 2 years on same role of they are not making any difference in what they do. They are not your pet to keep them till they die it's pure business and you should throw who are not making difference to business.

There are 3-4 technical rounds. After those rounds get cleared then you will have HR round .
