Thyrocare Technology lacks Moral Values and Business Ethics
This review is from a point of View of an MD Pathologist associated with Thyrocare (only for 10 Days).
Thyrocare Technologies hired an MD Pathologist just before the start of their NABL inpection. 2 days after the inspection the said Doctor (MD Pathologist) requested for a leave on personal ground. Reply mail was sent by Personel Dept of Thyrcoare addressing to the Doctor as -
We also got complaints that you are an unhappy employee.
We do not wish to continue this association since attitude is a concern.
Wish you all the best.
Thyrocare Personnel dept has so much audacity and arrogance to judge an employee (especially an MD doctor) on his/her mental state and point that as a reason to fire the doctor.
It is like, " listen doctor, you are not happy, so you are fired because i think you are unhappy"
How unprofessional can this company be, recruited a doctor only for 10 days during the NABL inspection and in return instead of being thankful to the doctor, these people fired him/her with such horrendous insults. "Attitude Concern"
During the physical meeting the HR Personnel admitted to the doctor that, they did not have any plausible reason to terminate the doctor but some one from top had instructed i had to write the mail. The HR personnel could not reveal the name but she had no reply to this confrontation
Unprofessional HR depatment and higher management, Lacking moral values, no Business ethics, treating employees like slaves.
