There are various divisions in this organization. Each division aims to outplay the other, leading to a very counter-productive approach towards achieving their target. Only go for this place if the next thing to do is begging.

An secure job, however the salary structure is very poor. The only reason for leaving is the stagnant growth, the rest of the benefits are worth a take.

Your experience can vary depending on who you work with
Associate Fellow (Former Employee) –  New DelhiSeptember 8, 2015
They were once the pioneers in the sector, therefore have a strong name in the market, but lack of leadership/ succession planning has left the firm without a direction in recent years.

Also, they now face increasing competition in India from the Big 4 firms.
