Day to day Work & Learning :1.Supporting the payroll process for more than 100 Clients which includes doing the follow-up for the inputs, processing the payroll, follow-up for the payments and coordinating with the accounts & payroll team in releasing the salaries.2.Interacting with Client through mails and Phone Pan India.3.Preparing the CTC Salary break up’s for the new on board Clients and Existing Clients as per the State wise Minimum Wages, ESIC, Statutory Bonus, PT Slabs etc.4.Responsible for the monitoring and guidance of subsidiary functions to ensure accuracy and legal compliance within all aspects of payroll related tasks5.Handling the joining formalities and exit formalities for more than 300 Clients.6.Managing the Team in the absence of the Team Leads and handling the training's for the new joiners.7.Conducting process training for the new Joiners and walk them through the workflow cycle, also monitoring their performance on job.8.Handling the quality issues of the process.Management :Filled with team spirit.Colleagues :Professionals, respect every individual, & give lots of motivation to reach the goal with healthy competition.Challenging part of the job :To provide the service on TAT (Turn Around Time).Enjoyable part of the job :Exposure to new challenges - the whole process.
