Although a 45 hour work week is expected, the employers are pretty flexible about how that time is spread out over the week.
Being a 30-year-old company, many of their processes are set - which is great for productivity, not for innovation. Additionally, many employees have worked there for 5-30 years. This makes adapting to changes with new technology and processes difficult. That being said, employees are very loyal and have known each other for long enough to feel like a big family. Employees are hard-working but not everyone's timings match.
