The bank is a MNC and as such there is huge scope of learning and development that an employee can do. The bank also encourages learning and regular hackathons are conducted for developers. The work pace is slow and work life balance is excellent. Access to various tools are amazing. Travel ban is still there, hence no travel. Salary is competitive but not industry leader.
Good for anyone especially who has higher experience, spread across many functions and e-learnings are too useful. Good work-life balance, responsibility well defined and seniors willing to help always
Its a great place that offers plenty of learning opportunities for young professionals. Its a people friendly organization supported by well thought through policies to support all categories of staff.
Learning work-life balance
Slow pace of decision making
A very tough work culture where your boss matters the most rather than you. There is no one to support you when you need help and not a very open work culture
Long hours are expected of you
A Good organisation to work. It has a very good work culture. It has got flexible work timings. Encourage staff to give their views. Open to ideas. When compared to the industry are not good pay masters.
