Good Research Based Work on Atmospheric Instrumentation and Navigational Electronics
Research Scientist (Former Employee) –  Mumbai, IndiaJanuary 24, 2016
A typical day at work included lot of work related to design and development along with outdoor testing.
Debugging of various issues related to the design of atmospheric instrumentation systems.
Technical Documentation and preparing reports of all the tests that are been carried out of all the work that needs to be carried out on daily basis.
Had good Co-workers really enjoyed working with each one of them.
The hardest part was to take outdoor balloon ascents of radiosonde which required a lot of patience and testing of each and every element of the system because once the balloon is released nothing can be done so everything was dependent on the ground testing.
The hardest part was only the most enjoyable part of the job.

Goverment industry so no work pressure.
Scientist 'B (Former Employee) –  Mumbai, MHNovember 10, 2013
Its a R&D company, so got to learn many new fundamental things related with engg field. Got to work with latest testing equipment. Got a guidance of hardware related stuff by senior people as it was electronic based industry. Only problem was with software program stuff as senior people were not familiar with it so it was completely self study type.
Pros
No work pressure.
Cons
No basic facility as it will encourage the workers.
