The process was about conducting the survey for the SITA customer. working on their feed backs.We as a team believed in Customer Satisfaction C-SAT.I enjoyed creating a good rapo with my clients and the service managers from different countries
Airtel:
Pre-paid call centre Solve customer queries. Learnt marketing strategies, technical issues,Escalation’s, irate customers.Very cool team, supportive. Enjoyed Irate customers and queries, different local languages.
THE PIONEER'S:
Schemes, targets, areas, registrations closings.face challenges while marketing,Managed team of 5 to 6 head counts, Approaching the first client for selling the software product was little hard but enjoyed.

day starts with a training session , which is quite interactive.
learned a lot by interacting with different modules as working in developing appliucations of all modules involved with client.
hardest part of the job was not getting involved in the analysis of business requirements part.
the best moment was developing different applications in a different way which was pretty amazing.
