• Checking payment vouchers and submitting to clients.
• Preparing Project wise Bank Reconciliation for various Projects.
• Reconciliation of different customers’ accounts and reporting to the clients.
• Prepare the Leave Salary & End of service settlement.
• Prepare the Salary Card & WPS statement.
• Pass the Journal Voucher Entry.
it is actually a good place for a fresher to work in. here a person can learn how to work and how to manage a number of people under him.the most important part of this company is its SOP(standard operating procedure) which has to be followed. because of this only a employ became organised. since all have to follow their own SOP so there won't be much difficulties while working with your co-workers.
sometime what happens if there is no maintenance person that time I have to struggle a lot and complete my work. that time there was no person to help me and I had to execute my work on time.
most enjoyable part in this job is SOP.. because of this i was not having any problem in working except some times.
