Title - Cashier Supervisor / Cosmetician (Former Employee) – Shoppers Drug Mart – January 8, 2014
I feel corporate office expects too much of their employees with no support. The pay was decent and the benefits were above average, unfortunately for someone with the desire to grow within the company this is a waste of time and while they encourage employees to multitask and learn as much as possible they have no incentive program nor any acknowledgment of achievements. The most enjoyable part of my job there was the daily interaction with customers. The worst part was dealing with managers and coworkers.
