Job Work/Life Balance is worst. , Environment is good, colleagues are helping and friendly nature.They don;t have designation sense.Nothing positive, No one listens to you whatever advice you have. Management only listens to the ones they want to listen

Proces of our department needs to more clear
I recently joined one of the technical team in shaadi.com and it's my mistake. Here in technical teams, Managers working since long time and to make their job secure they have created negative environment so that new employee won't stay more than a year. And used to hire new employee every year. They are not trendy in case of skills and never bother to motivate their team they only took the credit of their team members. So there is no place for new Joinee.

A entire day at work would be full of being on toes but with equal positive energy all around. I got to learn two important things Patience and Multitasking. Complete in place management with very friendly workplace culture. Hardest part of the job would be late working hours and the most enjoyable thing about the job would be, being completely professional but at the same time celebrating all the festivals and every fun Fridays..]
It very good place for learning all the things Management , co ordination ,stargies and interaction. All the co workes are good they are knowledgable and productive . Most enjoyable part of the job is intrecting with parents and helping them in finding a good match for their children
I have been working within client services. It gives immense satisfaction, if people admire you if they find their soul mate through you. Appreciation is immense. Client satisafaction is the best award.
