Manager (Former Employee) – Jamnagar, Gujarat – April 21, 2018
It was a fun workplace with occasional extra workload due to shutdowns and turnarounds. They gave us excellent training, hands-on training. Provided almost all benefits such as accommodations, medical, transportations etc.

Reliance trends (Former Employee) – Shiliguri, West Bengal – April 12, 2018
It was fun in Reliance Trends, culture was good and my calluges were good, had the hectic schedule sometimes, but target achieving used to be a challenge where everyone put an effort for the incentives, I worked as cashier and had done many mistakes even learned from those, customer handling was the most important thing I've done as standing on the cash counter had to deal with every customer that gets in and we we're trained that "Service To Customer Is Service To God" so I never missed a chance assisting them or providing them service.
Had free lunches time to time chicken rice, on occasion of foundation day and when we do sales more than the given target.
It’s a good learning opportunity and most secure job
Manager (Current Employee) – Jamnagar, Gujarat – March 19, 2018
The industry is huge and hence a huge learning scope in a massive scale production unit. Has a valuable tag in indian market. The job is highly secure and one can easily settle down with this job The growth however is not high as increment percentage is low. The quality of work for engineers hired is often not up to the mark. People often get confused in their job profile with that of technician. The monotonous schedule drains out eagerness to learn in most and due to its massive scale and hence to ensure security and safety it has many levels of intermediatory departments and procedures which often makes simple jobs look tedious. The location often is in Gujarat and people might feel outcasted if they don’t match with the parochial mindset and customs. The Mumbai office though is termed to be mind blowing and world class.
It’s a safe choice for career but not worth to stick around all of the lifetime for college graduates who have willingness to take risk and broaden their outlook and horizon of knowledge.
Huge learning opportunity, job security
Nothing is free. The work-life balance often compromised
awesome places to work at. Lots of opportunities for growth both vertically as well as horizontally in your career. Lots of learning exposure. Work culture varies a little from place to place but overall its pretty good.
