Consider, appreciate and give growth opportunity.

Provide alternative positions / opportunities to the experienced people who have concretely contributed to the organization for longer time. While having younger workforce is good, seniors are not be ignored and made to leave. Senior workforce is the foundation of any organization and its vision and mission. Randstad needs to understand this.
