CEO is great.
Company culture is bad.
They treat their employees like kids.
Meaningless morning meetings that are mandatory. Sometimes twice a week.
Strict work schedules.
Very little flexibility.
Organization is very tall. Slow to adapt.
Micromanaging.
Pros
Free breakfast, lunch and dinner
Cons
Meaningless meetings, strict work schedules, poor overall management

Company doesn't have much to offer you as you progress
Software Engineer (Current Employee) –  東京都December 19, 2016
Job advancement isn't really a thing here. There are grades of competencies that you can improve yourself in, but it's not a replacement for job status. If you enter as fresh graduate then certainly you'd have a lot to learn but mostly because the company is so technologically lacking. So soon you will outpace the company's average competency if you are actually trying. Then from there, there isn't much to do or gain from. Compensation package is very lacking for a company of this size so you can't count on that to stay. Management is poor with a clear divide between business and tech community making integration just horrendous, unless you want to "compromise" which leads to poorly designed tech stack most of the time or cutting quality.
Pros
Free lunch & dinner, relax work & life balance (unless you're clinched by the CEO)
Cons
Poor upper management, lack of technical competency, poor compensation package, low salary

Good place for foreigners in Tokyo
Lead Engineer (Current Employee) –  JPCJuly 19, 2014
You will be in charge of a service or product. Your contribution will be very obvious. People are very open minded but still progressing in English communication which I think this company is very forefront in Japan.
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Might get call at night
