Company doesn't have much to offer you as you progress

Job advancement isn't really a thing here. There are grades of competencies that you can improve yourself in, but it's not a replacement for job status. If you enter as fresh graduate then certainly you'd have a lot to learn but mostly because the company is so technologically lacking. So soon you will outpace the company's average competency if you are actually trying. Then from there, there isn't much to do or gain from. Compensation package is very lacking for a company of this size so you can't count on that to stay. Management is poor with a clear divide between business and tech community making integration just horrendous, unless you want to "compromise" which leads to poorly designed tech stack most of the time or cutting quality.
Free lunch & dinner, relax work & life balance (unless you're clinched by the CEO)
Poor upper management, lack of technical competency, poor compensation package, low salary
