Ideal for a graduate to start the career. No future growth. No investment on employees for progressive growth regarding skills and life. Presence of undeserving managers with no proper English language skills. Managers indirectly force employees for long hour works.
QA infotech is one of those companies who plays with the trainee. they take interviews just for formality . they are not serious about the trainees or the applicant . it was such a bad expeience with the QA infotech.
The work culture is good, the stress level is less. You learn a lot when it comes to working. People are helpful and support you when needed. Management takes a decision by keeping its employees in mind. Trips and parties are also common in QA Infotech. Overall its a fun place to work.
Free lunches, trips, quaterly parties, 8 hours a day

This is worst company i have worked for.... Unprofessional people are sitting in high position and they are always interested to know about people's personal life rather than focus on the official work.
1. Poor management staff 2. No respect for employees 3. No professionalism
No work from home policy, You can not take leave without your manager permission. If you don't have technical knowledge but you are like chatu type man than its good. If you want to take lunch then first take coupon. Or if you have coupon for lunch and you don't want to take lunch than some amount is deduct from your salary.

Competitive industry that was continually growing thereby encouraging a changing environment...no stagnation. The work was challenging that constantly encouraged results. As the company attempted to flatten and consolidate, there were ample opportunities for change and growth within the organization. Work days were busy from start to finish which is one or the more enjoyable parts. A great group of people to work with!
