Lots of opportunities to move to various groups within the company to learn different specialities (MC Finance, MC EPM). Company has invested money in good training programs to not only learn your industry, but to also learn about emerging technology.

Associate Director- Human Resources (Former Employee) –  Gurgaon, IndiaJanuary 21, 2019
I had a relatively short but a successful stint at PwC. The firm gives you the opportunity to learn and innovate in your workspace, within the guidance of the policy and the law.

It is totally upto the individual to maximise the impact of their role in PwC. The leaders are open and willing to help and mentor, if you are skilled in your line of work and have a open mind to understand how business works.

Being a global firm, PwC has good exposure and learning opportunities. Although one should thoroughly probe the job profile to ensure that there are no expectation gaps.

PwC India is great to work for, for MBAs. If you do not have an MBA, it is much harder to stand out and be recognized. You end up with more technical work rather than client facing work. But, all in all, there are flexible work hours, and good opportunities to excel. Especially if you are an MBA.

Respect for Work-Life Balance and Strong and sound fundamentals.

Although the employees may not seem as flashy as the other big4 counterparts, some of the most knowledgeable and hardworking people work here.
