Good place to work for 2-3 years only. Dependency on old employees which give them extra privileges over other employees. Lack of vision of management about the product. Due to dependency of older employees on product as there is no documentation and knowledge sharing there is lots of politics.
No variable components
Lots of team politics, new management is not skilled
