P&G provides a huge learning curve and opportunity to grow. The management is a little stiff but the exposure that company brings especially for the people beginning their career is great.

A typical day at work starts with analyzing execution versus plan for the day. And then ends up doing market work, reviews of my resale team.
Pros
Good work life balance
Cons

P&G is one of the best company I have ever worked. Company takes care of its people right from the day one by equipping the trainee with enough knowledge on product, positioning and marketing the same.

In my view P&G is a SCHOOL where one can learn and grow.
Pros
Good company, products, benefits for the employees
Cons
None
