I feel it is good place to work, where you can learn something and at the same time you will be able to implement the same . It is a work life balance organisation . Where you can study or can do some extra curricular activity after your profession .
Here products are good for complete with rival companies. Salary scales are good. Sometimes management pressurised for extra target. In festive days you can't leave the store.
Incentive structure are good
its officially 10 hours but actually 12 to 13 hours
Very good company to work for. Technologically a very sound company, with tremendous support from the parent company. The work culture was very warm and employee relationship was highly valued.
One can learn everything on making profitable business deals from this company. The middle management is great, although its a top heavy company. One really learns team work & creativity here.
Good salary & great atmosphere in offices.

Slow on Decision making, Too frequent changes in business plan hampers business process. Had to to work everyday 12-14 hours even on holidays-no financial compensation. It is highly risky to have courageous discussion. It will spoil someone's career or someone will lose job for being straight forward.
Not very transparent organisation. Specially risky to have courageous discussion
Company has suffered a lot due wrong experiment of very senior level management. Destroyed the Brand Image by their own hand and did not care about the channel partners feedback. This was the company in world, where competitor of the company use to praise about the company.
* Enjoyed total freedom in job execution. * Received technical support from overseas [ Holland or other Philips unit] * Training was a regular affair for manpower development * Peers were very helpful. * Workforce extended full co-operation in every possible ways.

Had to stay back almost in emergency requirements
