Initially HR takes interview on call explaining company policies and the job profile and then schedules the F2F interview. If the person qualifies F2F interview, then a written test is taken which include general Pharmacovigilance questions, narrative writing and a short essay writing to check the writing skills of candidate. If the candidate qualifies all these rounds, a call from HR and then a offer letter mail is the final step before joining formalities
Technical interviews , mostly 2 or max 3 rounds followed by manager discussion and later with HR. All the process gets completed in a single day. Best way to get a call is to get the CV referred by an internal employee.
