Software Development Advisor (Current Employee) – delhi, ncr – February 9, 2019
Good if you get to work in good technology. Changing project is impossible if you are billable resource. Benefits are not as per industry standards.Limited onsite opportunity for new employees. Work from home option is good. No micromanagement.
The Management is not that great and they tend to deviate a lot from the Goals send during quarterly fiscal and change based on Project deals Good to start a career here but would rather suggest to hop on after a couple of years
Good Learning Curve if in Product Development Team
System Admin Advisor Specialist - Transition (Current Employee) – Bengaluru, Karnataka – August 10, 2018
Allows work-life balance with good salary, however, not much is given in terms of bonus. Management is good. Female employees are less and need to get a balance. Female employees are not given much opportunities.
Principal Consultant (Former Employee) – Bangalore City, Karnataka – July 29, 2018
Lots of regionalism politics Salary is lowest in market Business are not growing because top management are surrounded by useless people who wanted to be in safe zone and never allow talented people to grow HR policy is worst. Most of the company in Bangalore have 9 hours of working but ntt has 10hrs. Not much onsite opportunities compare to other service based companies. You can grow only if you boot licker of your boss not based on talent
Don't see any pros
Work culture is worst. No recognition for talented and hard working people
