Radio Access Engineer (Former Employee) –  Gurgaon, HARYANA, INDecember 7, 2018

Head of S40/S30 GTES R&D India, Site Leader (Former Employee) –  Navi Mumbai, MaharashtraNovember 4, 2018
Pros

Strongly ethical, open but professional culture with strong leadership. Management is encourgaging of taking risks and generally transparent about the machinations of the organisation both domestically and abroad.

Cons

I would struggle to think of any serious downsides to working at WaterAid other than some probably pretty unavoidable silos between the departments as whole, a natural situation for an organisation of its size and scope.

Advice to Management

I don't have any advice to management.

Good Place To Start you career
Technical Lead (Former Employee) –  Chennai, Tamil NaduOctober 28, 2018
Nokia video business unit is a good place to start your career but the vsion right now is not too clear considering the number of layoffs that have happened outside India. The team in Chennai, India is like a family and everyone is approachable. There is some politics but not as bad as other units or companies.
All in all it's a great place to start your career.
Pros
Great place to learn end to end video
Cons
The vision is not too good

Worked as Lead Engineer
Lead Engineer (Former Employee) –  Bengaluru, KarnatakaJuly 28, 2018
When product goes out of demand, resource movement occurs frequently letting others know that you are working in a less priority product and putting pressure to existing lesser resources. There's no hike in compensation, late night work some times, manager calls to do work in midnight and in holidays, inefficient management doesn't know which resource to utilise for what work.
Cons
Very bad culture, there's no office outing, always less budget comes as an excuse.Only work, no fun.
