I find Nokia a good place to work. The top management really inclined to employee wellness at work and home. Nokia is not among the best paymasters but they have several employee benefits which makes them a preferred employer.

Worked as Lead Engineer
Lead Engineer (Former Employee) –  Bengaluru, KarnatakaJuly 28, 2018
When product goes out of demand, resource movement occurs frequently letting others know that you are working in a less priority product and putting pressure to existing lesser resources. There's no hike in compensation, late night work some times, manager calls to do work in midnight and in holidays, inefficient management doesn't know which resource to utilise for what work.
Cons
Very bad culture, there's no office outing, always less budget comes as an excuse.Only work, no fun.

Better work life balance with good renumeration
Project Manager - Test (Former Employee) –  Bangalore , IndiaJuly 1, 2018
Branded company with better work life balance and remuneration. Due to diminishing business prospects, uncertainty cheeped in. This resulted in some managers to behave erroneously and were eager to retain only their close confidants.
Pros
Better work life balance with good remuneration
Cons
Diminishing business prospects made employment unstable.

Job work is very good. No Work from home option. Feel very less corporate environment. Only a few things to learn and once it is learned the job becomes redundant.

One of the best organization to work
R&D Test and Automation Architect (Current Employee) –  Bengaluru, KarnatakaJune 19, 2018
It provides a great work life balance along with challenges to thrive. Nokia is a dream company people will work for which truly understands it's employee as assets. It has a rich culture of learning and employees are compliance to it. Since being a product based organization the hardest part is reaching customer expectation which is also the most enjoyable part of work. Employees generally don't leave Nokia unless and until there career goals are different.

Nokia went bankrupt
Presales Manager - Enterprise Products (Former Employee) –  Bengaluru, KarnatakaJune 14, 2018
This is the classic company which was riches to rags. Most admired company in the beginnig of the century, but the management was not farsighted. They disappeared from being the highest selling mobile device company. Could not embrace change and failed to innovate which lead to their downfall.
Pros
good brand
Cons
shortsighed
