NIIT is a good platform to start as a teenager but it don't do justice with the people with experience and age with respect to the package. the annual increments range from 0 to 3% which is very less. Contractual basis jobNo job security
Mon-Sat 9 hours working, Work-life balance, employee benefits are good, enough leaves, etc.Company is closing branches and removing people without prior notice. No holidays on regional festivals like Holi, Diwali, Gudhipadwa, Dusshera,etc. Basic salary is <15k So PF and all factors are impacting, very less yearly increments. Roles getting dissolved. Company need better leader.

No training, no growth, harass their employees by burdening them with tasks which they are not trained on
I slogged a lot at this company with no proper time for food. Only the faculties (teaching staff) are treated well here. Administration team sucks and new joiners are made to slog.
NIIT is people. Provide space to think and act. Being in NIIT is like being with family and its NOT the second home in fact it seems to be the first home. Working environment and culture is very good. Supervisor are very much approchable.
Team management is very poor. there are compensation provided to the executives but the procedure is very complex.workplace culture is good. i had learn a lot from my company, the most is the professionalism. gained knowledge in servers, networks, application developments, troubleshoots with some good mentors.

To achieve the sales target in terms of order book & revenue by getting orders from the schools. To maintain daily sales report, weekly funnel report & quarterly report. Regular visit to potential clients & demonstrate our product i.e. NIIT’s E Book & Virtual Lab. To update funnel status every week so as to see & move the cases ahead accordingly into the pipeline. Co-ordination with Pre-Sales Team, Operations & Accounts department for timely delivery of content & values added to the product. To go through Dry-Run’s & Mocks and simultaneously train the new joiners. Meeting & Counseling the Teachers, Principal & Trust members of the school. Understand the requirement of school & accordingly give them customized solution. Conducting Education fair & Exhibition. Generate business by acquiring potential clients in the territory. Cater to all the Boards which include SSC, CBSE, ICSE, IB and IGCSE to target the market in the territory. Evaluate & analyze the reports on daily basis to understand the progress of teamwork in the territory.
A day starts with writing down the to do list points and executing one by one and reviewing at the end of the day. Noting down the shortfalls and reason and root cause of not reaching the goals. create action plan to accomplish the task. Interact with each customer and take informal feedback. Interaction with team members to acknowledge the good work and giving suggestion for improvements Was handling multiple job roles.
Excellent team/staff. Both supervisors and Co-workers were very helpful. Plenty of in-house self development training. Teaching was the most pleasurable experience.
