Gained knowledge in HR Towers, Benefits, On-Boarding, Off-Boarding, Payroll 1. Coordinating with clients and internal departments to get the salary inputs details as per the payroll calendar 2. Preparation of comprehensive Payroll Reports, Payroll Analytics and validating the same with sufficient document references 3. Providing error free payroll input to clients for facilitate the final processing 4. Answering to employee queries regarding payroll processing on-time through telephone or email 5. Communicating to employees regarding various company tools via emails 6. Coordinating with client to share various reports for payroll processing 7. Preparing monthly head count report and uploading the same in sharepoint for client reference 8. Answering to client queries on various payments with supporting documents 9.
