Nothing great really. The time was riddled with ridiculous change in directions sometimes just sailing senselessly, only unworthy tech work gets moved and all the original Ip development happens in the US and only non-core work gets moved here. The local managers don’t have any authority they are just fillers for the team and just carry the messages around.
