I have only ever worked with one firm i.e. Morgan Stanley in my 6 years of career and I can say with great confidence that it is one of the best places to work. The firm culture is great and the people are good. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and personal and professional development.
Great Management, Great Culture, Flexibility
Salary, benefits, sometime culture within teams may differ from that of the firm

I have been working at Morgan Stanley full-time (Less than a year).Well paid, very good insurance, retirement plan contributions. Felt welcomed from day 1, people are very friendly and nice to hang out with after work when there is an event.
The managers are very understanding when you need any help they are always there to explain .
For now I did not found anything as of cons it’s really nice experience till now.
I worked at Morgan Stanley for a short period of time. So my experiences were relatively limited.Overall it seemed like a good place to work, good quality of people (atleast in some of the divisions I interacted with)
Best place to work, great team and overall good self development.
