Nice place to work and learn. You really can learn a lot fo things about recruitment and sales, working close with clients (from big companies to start ups), learning about negotiation, sales, social media, recruitment clycle, etc. The company has a very resulte-oriented culture and you can learn a lot how to achieve the goals with trainings and practical learning. However, the management of some managers should be improved since many people have left the organization recently.
