1. Sourcing is done either through internal referral or through job portals hence keep your resume always updated.
2. Once shortlisted for Interview (role for Manager and above), there will be 2-3 rounds of Telephonic Interview before they call for Face to face Interview .
3. Once called for Face to Face Interview one has to clear LI & PI test. If once fails the candidate will never be able to appear for the interview.
4. Once the Face to Face interview happens with all stake holder, if selected will receive offer letter. The whole hiring process might take a month's time.
You have to clear an Aptitude test and Psychometric test as well.
If same gets cleared , interview with HR followed by Direct Manager and then Branch Manager is there
