Work with department managers in writing and placing job vacancy ads.
Assist with screening resumes, interviewing candidates, drug testing, and assists with hiring new employees
Provide clear, effective, timely and constructive feedback to management on interviewing techniques and effective labor relations.
Conduct new employee orientations and safety training programs, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed.
Set up all necessary personnel files and maintains related records.
Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company. Providing them with pertinent and accurate information, notifying necessary health/insurance providers.Launching New Projects.
Maintaining proactive relationship management with assigned client base.
Handling corporate clients both in Institutions as well as in MNCs and take complete charge of all the marketing and sales activities in the field and will also be responsible for achievements of targets that we accept from time to time.
Assisting in development of new markets and also be associated with the search
Coordinating appointments between qualified candidates and technical interviewers.
Follow up with the candidate and client after the interview and maintain excellent relationships.
Update the Candidates details and Status in the MIS.
Managed recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and fina placement.
Keeping in touch with the offered candidates and keeping them well informed till the time they join.
