Production Engineer (Former Employee) –  KeralaOctober 30, 2018
The working culture is very bad.High Daily production Target. if the target not achieved better you don't go to the plant next day. the plant in-charge fire you using bad language .the entire day you will facing mental torturing and harassment...the company not give the salary what they offered in the joining time..and the company don't paying over time. the employees don't get the one hour lunch break .each and every workers has daily target if the employees don't achieved their target as a supervisor we are forced to fire them. Business is the company is most important priority ,humanity is second.completing 3 year only you get the experience certificate.if you are worked in 1 or 2 year as a company rule you are not eligible experience certificate .

Production hardest section
Production Supervisor (Former Employee) –  KochiOctober 2, 2018
In this company those persons works at production section has to suffer during their working hours. Those who work in other sections like quality, maintenance electrical, it, maintenance, processing etc will work at normal working conditions. The production supervisor, engineer, in charge are treated like dogs in this company and they will get fired at the evening with any of the reasons like low production, low quality, leave and absenteeism, manpower. The funniest thing is to bring manpower for the company by ourself.
Pros

Harassment, work pressure, manpower
