Its corporate and MNC level company.employee benefits and increments are very excellency.work culture and management support was very excellancy.Salary will timed to expect.I was learned equipments process and maintainance without failure and meanwhile 24x7 support from SME's.I was maintained 99% outtime as worked upto lastday.It's a hardest job.i.e field job

Every thing in Indus is driven by CEO. It's not a transparent and process dominated company. The most chamcha giri type company. Not recommended for serious working professional.
My role is field executive officer for daily visited sites and, any pending works and meet the technical person, technical manager, estate manager and the site owner asking any queries and any pending issues and resolving and explain safety precautions.
It involves lot of travel, A typical day starts with the planninga nd has to receive lot of call from the landlords. Feild work would be very tough. The top management needs the results and never bothered about you and is largly unorganised travel and the unsupportive other departments

Company has very high work pressure , less work life balance , no value for Employees , they trust Vendors more than employee which ia very bad , company should treat their employees as assets and not labours
