Indus is a hidden behemoth in Indian telecom industry. Work is fast-paced and is stressful. Involves travel to rural/hinterland depending on profile. Culturally Indus is a good company with structured processes and systems
I was very happy while working with Indus Tower. All colleagues were very helpful and cooperative. I was very happy while working. The office environment was very friendly and supportive. I feel it as home and that is the reason why I was happily worked with them .
Start with concall in morning , then site visit ,meetings with landloards..I learn how to manage many things at same time..workplace culture is good..customer is very demanding and you have to be always on your toes..You will not get relaxed...
