The job was really wonderful, TL, RM, BM are always been my backbone and support. One issue with IndiaMart is lack in system and this is the main issue with IndiaMart. Salary, Snacks are too good and the way they treat is also good
1.Best company for fresher & 1 year experience guy in B2B sector.
2.Good client attitude and segment.(all SME's owner)
3.best in industry incentive.
4. Support from immediate manager only.
CONS:- low salary, dumb senior management. CONS.
IM is a great organisation to work for if you want to develop multiple skill sets (data analytics, content development, SEO/SEM, coding etc.). Compensation provided is also at par with the industry standards.
The workplace culture is quite awesome, you will never feel burdened at all. Management is good and helpful in every situation. The only problem is they will not teach you any skill if it is not included in your process SOP, you have to learn it by yourself. Apart from that they give you less salary in case you are in Dehradun branch and all process is very mundane and most work lies around excel.
IndiaMart is really a looser and worst company. Worst management have ever seen in my life. Biased management, only believes in sycophancy behavior.
Senior management only help their family members to be recruited in good position and in good salary. Worst and looser's managers in IndianMart.
Good place to work especially in the Indian setting. A fast paced company that is India's biggest B2B company. Ample scope to learn new things and actively participate in learning abilities. Company takes good care of its employees.
5 Days working (6 days for sales people), Free Snacks, Salary on Time, Insurance Facility (you + parents + wife + kids), Individual Learning Assist Programs, Structured Training, Flat Hierarchy, Open Door Policy, Monthly Forums
It is good comapany. Working culture is good but more hactic timing schedule. Field work or outside work shedule is hactic. It is growing comapny . Growth is good for the employees. The salary structure ia very nice.
- Typical Day at work is very fine here with good work culture
- Learned working on new tools and improved Excel knowledge as well.
- Management is overall good
- Workplace culture is great
- Hardest part of the job is salary issue and promotion
- Enjoyable part here is Fixed day shifts and 5 days working
Loved the work environment although there is a lot of work pressure and heavy targets given to individuals but the head office is fun to work in.
There is 5 days working and bus/cab facility is given to the employees which creates a reason to stick with the company.
Still I would say that looking at the work pressure, salaries is not that great.
Bus/cab facility, 5 days working, fun work environment in head office.
Huge work pressure, less salary and incentives as compared to the expectations from employees.
