Before joining they will tell- we will be investing on you to train you on BigData etc. But, actually they will just map a existing developer already working on some project, as your mentor and that too for a group of people . You are expected to then learn on your own , hardly anyone helps and they will pressure you to ramp-up fast.
They have only AmericanExpress as client and more than 50% of staff are dependent on it. And the way people are treated at client place is not good.
The work which clients gives to them is of waste left out project from their project platter!
They change their HR policy frequently and don't think about employees at mid level or new joiners.
Management(Hr /Director of technology ), asks about problems facing , But if any one raises anything they are just tells "This is best as per other service companies"
No proper cab facility provided.They fool you at time of joining that they provide cabs for client location, But they only fool you with some wierd policy catch as per location of joining.
They are least concerned about female employees security too.
no cabs, job uncertainty, less clients.
