Gives a chance to women reintroducing work after family break. Great place to live the start up experience and grow fast. Clients are super satisfied with services delivered.

High turnover but great benefits
Academics (Current Employee) –  Cambridge, MADecember 12, 2018
For a school with great classes, faculty and students, the basic infrastructure is lacking in so many ways.

Processes are either non existent or constantly changing.

Some folks in management positions lack sensitivity training and management skills.

Staff members are nicer and more supportive to faculty and students, than to their own colleagues.

No work/life balance.

Constantly putting out fires rather than planning ahead.

Great benefits
Cons
Lack of professionalism, structure, and processes in the company

A place where you can interact with people from pretty much every nationality in the world.
Registrar (Academic Operations) (Former Employee) –  上海市October 24, 2018
One of the best places I have worked in my professional career. Although just like every work places it has its pros and cons. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

In my job, I got to work with people from more than 50 nationalities. This gives you a unique perspective and makes you not only respect different cultures and perceptions but also makes you understand where they come from in their views and perspectives. Not many employers provided that.

The management and workplace culture constantly looked for ways to improve the organization outlook, which really makes the work itself enjoyable in many different ways.

I would highly recommend anyone to work at this company, as it is probably the best place to work at with countless opportunities to keep improving in terms of personal and professional aspects.

Studying here was a true pleasure. Was privileged to interact with individuals from a whole gamut of culture, learning from them on a daily basis. I learned a great deal during my time here, absorbing pertinent information and polishing my skills to their utmost.

Hult is an amazing place to work
Career Advisor (Former Employee) –  LondonJune 29, 2018
With a really strong and collaborative culture it will suit anyone with a "go get" attitude and the drive to work in a fast paced environment.

Top leadership is great however, mid-level leadership can be very hit and miss and there is not enough training opportunities or career development openings.
Pros
culture
Cons
mid level management

Great place thanks to the culture and students
Graduate Teaching Assistant (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMarch 29, 2018
In general working at / for Hult IBS is a very interesting and rewarding experience.

The Professors you work with cherish your time and the students are glad to interact with you, learn from your experience and accept your role as important tool to collaborate in the classes. Compared to other schools your duties differ slightly but so does your reputation. You're not seen as the "coffee bringing paperboy" of the professor but as valued member of the staff - by the teachers, the organizational staff as well as the students.

Even though some days can be super packed and some you have to take care of some people in understaffed departments (e.g. know when to not blast in with another small request just because you can but know when their busiest times of the day are and respect that) the work there in itself and in general is a very rewarding one if you cherish working with and for eager young adults helping them shape their minds and future.

Drink the Kool-Aid or Bye Bye
Student Services & Events Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Cambridge, MAMarch 26, 2018
Hult is an interesting place where turnover is abundant on both sales and campus teams. Management doesn't seem to care about the hemorrhaging of talent and expects teams that were cut in half to perform at almost double the workload as student population continues to grow. Along with not agreeing so much with my manager, I chose to left because I personally no longer felt that I could support an organization that felt like it was more so there to make money rather than educate the next generation of leaders. There are benefits and I think some people drink the Kool-Aid, but not for me.

Intelligent and Impressive Students, Staff and Faculty at Hult
Registrar - Post Graduate Programs (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMarch 13, 2018
Students, faculty and staff make working for low pay and long hours bearable. There is only upward mobility if you know the higher ups and live in Boston or London.
Pros
Some of the hardest workers I have ever had the pleasure to wok with
Cons
Low salary and benefits

An always changing company
Accounts Receivable Manager (Current Employee) –  LondonFebruary 12, 2018
You can't have a dull day at Hult because things are always changing. Students are the most important thing, therefore I really recommend studying there. As for working, the Senior management does not allow innovation unless it comes from them. Growing in this company is easy for some, difficult for others. Titles and degrees are important when it comes to salary review, not performance on the job.
Pros
a lot of events
Cons
salary not good

High expectation and demand, low pay
Recruitment Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLJanuary 24, 2018
At the time it was alot of cold calling. the hardest part is relating to students from other countries looking to go to college to a school you have very likely not attended. High demand for interviews and Directors pressure of high quality students to make sure they attend the school gets placed to you. One would do most of the recruiting for a director to basically just say the student can attend the school. Very tedious compared to the directors and pay was in particular location was always undermined.
Cons
low pay

Period of change
Manager (Former Employee) –  Berkhamsted, HertfordshireDecember 3, 2017
Supporting the delivery of world class executive education in such a beautiful setting as Ashridge is highly rewarding, however the culture following the recent operational merger has changed considerably. Once a place where staff felt valued and appreciated, morale now appears to be in general very low. Possibly due to the high degree of change currently being experienced, this may (hopefully) improve when the dust settles, and the benefits and efficiency of the changes can be seen.
Pros
Stunning environment, free lunches, gym membership
Cons
Too much expected of remaining staff following restructures and redundancies

Perfect your speech, that's it - no knowledge required.
Enrollment Advisor (Former Employee) –  Cambridge, MAOctober 30, 2017
Part time job. Bar in the building. Perfect if you have other things going on your life, not a real job. You do not need to know anything about Hult or about business school in general, doesn't that seem odd? All you need to do is perfect the perfect speech to be able to do well here.

Project Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Boston, MAOctober 13, 2017
the atmosphere is good, the management is fine, job advancement is not good at all. You are replaceable they follow that work flow model which is quite risky.
