  • There are more learning opportunities here than anywhere else

  • They will always bargain with employees in salary packages

  • HR Policies should be strong, all policies only in Papers not in Spirit. Managers should be given less discretionary powers.Not sure abt Bangalore site but In Madurai it looks like bonded labourers to their managers.
