No new things to learn if you are worked in OEM’s before. Lots of procedures and micromanagement. No work pressure.
Management is not so bad, but don’t ask them good increments. They are very much concerned about the billing. Rating depends on how good are you with your project managers.(no value for your reporting managers opinion in many cases)
Annual bonus mentioned in the CTC is dependent on the rating. If you get R1 ,100% of the mentioned amount. R2 -90% , R3- 50%, R4- 30% of the mentioned amount. Increment too will be applicable on the rating. R1, R2 will have immediate effect. R3 wil be from 3rd quarter and R4 will be from 4th quarter.
**Max 1 or 2 people will get R1 & R2 in the team**.
Team outings will not be funded by company. Quarterly 500 INR will be given per employee as team budget. You should not expect any extra things apart from your salary.
No work pressure, work life management is good. Nice campus, flexible timing in some projects .
Increment will be too low. No extra monetary benefits.
