Too much intervention by the board in day to day activity. This make decision making slow. Planning to implementation is a slow process. Sometimes it takes years to implements which are deemed as strategic priorities.
So far i learned so much from GVKBIO, good platform for freshers to learn. Sometimes it is hard to balance work life with professional life because of deliverable targets will be more for stipulated time period.
Few managers are good in science knowledge and they are very cooperative in work. But the top level managers want to pressurize them without reason. Management is not good, employees does't have the job security.
After reaching office in the morning, busy with the mails and taking updates from the chemist and will search all the pending analytical data. discussing about the problematic projects with the chemists, find the alternative routes and related literature protocols for problematic ones. Attending the meetings with the supervisors.
