Good place to work, not much vertical movement as far as career opportunities go in some departments. Learning about different cultures via employees abroad and knowing how to conduct business in a different culture. Offered online modules to enhance skill set.

It a old plant, alot of work needed

There's a lot of work that needs to be done in the plant and not sure will stay open very much longer comparing on the times and Technologies out there and other plants that came from the way behind time and Technology, for a place that been here for so long they still have problems with their processes batch making over a yearling and quality. Poor scheduling and a lot of breaking down of machinery and parts..

Company culture is very demanding and can be portrayed as rather aggressive, management are intimidating. Travel demands are very stressful.

Nice office space, its great fun to come up with new innovative ideas to present to customers, its a very dynamic and fast paced industry which is exciting

Very laid back environment.

Not a place for high energy employees who want to improve. They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk.
A very immature company with regard to safety, gmp, operational management, etc.
Too many very weak managers at very high levels.
However, management likes to place bodies around the world. So, many opportunities for international travel.

Management is spineless. The most senior workers there think they are above everyone else. No training or matrix in place to show workers what is needed to progress. The benefits are good and so is the pay. Overall not a bad place to work but the lack of real management could prove detrimental.

Handling many different projects and task as the same time which is nice but stressful. Lots of meetings and recruitment last couple of years. Always new projects. Planning your day and work was your responsibility. Having clear set target and goals most of the time to be achieved which was very nice.

The sales department personnel needs you to put in extra hours due to the work load.

Training is provided at the HQ in Duebendorf / Switzerland. I was trained to be a systems Key User and it proved to be very beneficial for me and my colleagues.

Due to the work pressure the workplace culture is ...work and no play!
