EY is very big brand and recognised big 4 in the world. But now a days, things are getting changing. They are hiring more and more b.com and MBA finance at very less salaries and expect more to do in jobs. Lot of pressures are there and very intoxic work environment specially in the season time. I will not recommend any MBAs to go for this organisation. They will not bother MBAs and MBAs are treat alike with B.com. adf
EY provids you lot of potential to grow and improve. Managers are understanding and take out time to train you in skills you need to grow. I would recommend EY who has passion towards bettering oneself.
Learning is good, will face lot of new analytics tool, scope to learn about different Industry is good, Helps improving your presentation skills, how to handle complex pressure. importance of client deliverable and accuracy.
fast paced culture very tight deadlines to adhere to if you are new on job, you aren't given much of support by your colleagues I was working a temporary contractor, the coworkers treat you unfairly if you are not permanent employee
A very important brand to be associated with Very structured approach for problem solving Internal Networking is Important Flexi Working options available Travel for work is necessary Emphasis on Women Empowerment
It was a good learning experience. The company teaches you the essence of efficiency along with people management. While you get a good grip on the research skills , communication is another area which gets developed simultaneously. The company can try to lower the internal politics which sometimes is disheartening.
It was great working with EY as US tax analyst for a period of 1 year 4 months. Best place for showcase your ideas, thoughts etc etc.. There is a lot of mandatory learnings which helps each and everyone to improve their skills and proficiency.
Hardest part of the job was deal with insensitive local management though the Global management did a good job. To overcome the preference for few employees when it comes to promotions and desired roles. I learnt a lot of through about leadership, cross culture interactions, professional interviewing skills
Global brand and outreach Relentless focus on quality and consistency in services. Learning never stops here. Everyday, new challenges and complexities push your limits and enhance your domain. And you learn how to present stuff. Collaboration across different service lines and locations (including global) India’s leading professional services firm with dominant market position. Being associated with a leader certainly helps!
No specific and fixed work location. Need to Work for any client at any point of time. Will be difficult to get accustomed to the work culture if you used to work in fixed project, client and work timing.
The experience of ey was good. Thus I look forwards to being associated to a big four . I like the culture, the work and the defined profiles . Work life balance was extremely good at ey, the culture was commendable as well as the diversity and inclusiveness was evident in comparison to other companies in ey
Good brand value, but little learning and growth opportunities. Work hours are flexible, culture is not as they claim to be during the orientation weeks. Very few managers are helpful. There is either a lot of work or no work. They don't get as many projects.
