Need to grow as an individual in my life and to be an asset to my company not a liability . Working in the exl is a very great learning experience form where I started my career and now I am trying to place myself, where I can give myself a kick so that I as an individual grow in my field and attain some designated position

A good company having culture of supportive management and respctful behaviour with all employees, rating on the basis totaly productivity without partiality. Job security helps to perform better.

I am working as Travel Analyst at EXL Services in Gurgaon, Here I am required to prepare the Travel Itineraries of the travelers who travel in their Business trips, We are required to make their complete travel arrangements, We are required to converse comprehensively with different service vendors for settling the requirements of the travelers. Apart from making the travel arrangements of the travelers we are also needed to work for the invoicing support of the travel trips of the travelors as to help them claim their expences which we call as the after sales services.
The environment of EXL is very nice and I am enjoying to work with a reputed organization I have learned a lot from EXL like team bonding, achieving targets, client satisfaction, client interaction, customer satisfaction, data analysis, Excellent communication, my co-workers are very nice and they also try to learn something new how to achieve the goals of the organization, Nothing is hard just need to focus and concentrate on the work, when I was appreciated at R&R ceremony by my seniors

I had learnt a lot about travel & ticketing , refund , debit memos, reconciliation etc. I am looking for a job change for betterment.
Good people, nice work environment but The firm is too document heavy and approval heavy and some policies could be made more employee friendly. Less growth, less salary, no learning and grooming for new leaders
