Talking about big ideas is fine how to have it implemented is equally important. No matter how big is your idea but if you dont have the right set of people with the right kind of attitude to have it implemented ,your ideas would just remain a dream . Unachieved.
Being a fresher , i was looking for competitive people ,but management failed me.They were incompetent and were immature in their approach, so saw no potential growth personally or professionally. they were more inclined towards their revenues than focussing on their employees who were part of the Ericsson family. My suggestion for fresher would be not to start your career with ericsson until your so bad to deliver anything good .Being a fresher you have the zeal in you , dont get trapped into a company which doesnt value your individuality or your ideas.
