I work in Deloitte USI currently and the only real complain I have is about the unpredictability in the nature and duration of work.
A typical day of work will sometime contain 16 hrs of work and sometimes 2 hrs of work. I learnt a lot about how to be efficient, manage my time better, how to find a quicker and better way to do the same job. The culture is excellent, everyone i know is super friendly and helpful. There is some or the other event in office which keeps the workplace lively.
