As my 1st job fresh out of college it was a great opportunity. The culture is a bit relaxed. Work is interesting. Lot of opportunities for cross organizational work and to learn and implement new technologies.
Decent Work Culture
Great Work Life Balance
Huge Brand Reputation & Goodwill in terms of Customer satisfaction
Ample Internal Movement Opportunities for different roles and responsibilities.
Great company to work with which keeps you challenging. But way too less
onsite opportunities, as I am looking to Relocate in Canada , where I can be curious to work and learn new Technologies and work under a great leadership
Good place to get a stable work life balance.
But lack of adapting new technology. Average Management.
Feature development and defect fixing.
Proposing something new and get that adopted is a real challenge.
No existing documentation. So developing some new feature on top to existing code is difficult at times.
The working environment here is very good and you are provided with every resource to help you succeed. However, the team that I was part of ended up being disappointing to work in due to the internal politics within the team.
Dell EMC is also undergoing restructuring to stay more relevant to the current market and so a lot of employees are losing jobs at the time that I was here. I was told that this was quite normal.
