Bond sign for service begineers or divide work and gradually increase work pressure for employees instead of throwing in the floor and rising pressures everyday so that they feel calm and be linient with freshers for break at the begininng. These things if modified and applied. I swear there will be 99% Development and least abscond issues as well which is excluding my scenario.

I would be laving this comapny as there is no increements/appraisals given in the organisation
