• Conducting interviews up to Senior Executive levels. Arranges interviews for management levels. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
• Interviewing of resources.
• Responsible for identifying the candidate’s suitability for the requirement on the basis of mapping of the profiles with the job criteria.
• Conducting in-house training.
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
• Staffing of employees as per the project requirement. Project delivery handling as per the estimated milestones.
• Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
