You have to fight every day to save your job. The onsite managers are lousy, unprofessional and incompetent. Most of them lack technical skills. Once you are dumped on the client site the company is least bothered about you. In times of need the managers don't stand by you. Rampant sycophancy and favouritism exists. Hard work, competency and sincerity is not rewarded.
However inefficient you may be if you can polish the boss's ego you will be rewarded with increments and appraisals.
For the rest it's just peanuts. The so called 'STAR' awards given to employees are also on the basis of favouritism .
Work experience is very frustrating .
You have to work even on Sundays and public holidays on certain client sites while the managers enjoy their leaves.
On client site have to fend for yourself . The manager won't support you if you make a mistake or something goes wrong.

I have been working at Clover Info tech full-time (More than 3 year) Pros Good Team, Management, HR, good individual development, Motivation everyday and great work culture Cons Employee recognition, Variables, Holidays, Benefits Advice to Management Keep growing, Keep expanding, Keep employees and clients happy as always
"The only pro i can think at clover is salary on time" "very good for freshers to learn" Cons "Forgot the employees after dispatching to client side"
"Salary is so low that you can live off of on the salary for just a week in this era and is at the very bottom according to market standards
This is the really good company if you start as fresher provide you very good training to the specific domain. As experienced person, i would not recommended to join as this is not following any process kind of stuff like other MNC do. but yes you will really get very good technical exposure. and Clover is expert in the field of Database management more generically Infrastructure services .That's the plus point. once you get good bonding with management . life is easy here
